IV fluid hydration offers an effective way of building your body’s defenses against the stresses of life. A wide variety of customizable drips offer relief from mild dehydration or fatigue, enhance immunity, or even provide an anti-aging boost throughout the body. In your free consult, you will meet with our medical director and an experienced nurse to collaborate in shaping a treatment to maximize your results.
Once your drip is ready, you’ll get to experience our spa-like wellness room, where you can relax in a massaging recliner and enjoy a warm beverage or light snack while your treatment is being administered. Or for even more healing, opt to receive your drip on our red light therapy bed.
Luke attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington for his RN/BSN and has a background in emergency nursing. As our Wellness Coordinator, Luke takes a science-based yet compassionate approach with our wellness clients, including those seeking medical weight loss, IV hydration, or other therapies.
In his free time, Luke can be found running, gardening, or camping in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina.
For a limited time, all new clients can enjoy our red light therapy bed for free following any cosmetic or injectable procedure.
New medical weight loss clients can enjoy a free first month of all-inclusive GLP-1 weight loss, plus $50 off their second and third months when prepaying for three months – a $1350 value for only $800.
When you refer a client to us and they book their first service, they’ll get a $50 credit, and you’ll get a $25 credit to use toward any future product or treatment!
Virtually anyone can benefit from IV hydration, but to maximize results, you need a clinic that offers truly personalized blends of electrolytes, vitamins, and amino acids to suit your wellness goals.
Unlike franchise chains or other large providers of IV hydration in Asheville you might have come across in strip malls, New Leaf is a boutique spa setting that focuses on quality, not quantity – while still offering tremendous value. If you’ve ever tried IV hydration and been unimpressed by prepackaged offerings and impersonal care, we encourage you to give us a try.
Clients can choose from our menu to book, but each drip can be formulated to meet individual needs. Everyone
will speak with our Medical Director at first visit and have time with a registered nurse before every drip begins.

Almost anyone can benefit from IV hydration – whether they’re looking to boost immunity, recover from mild dehydration or hangover, or combat fatigue and low energy.
Outpatient IV fluid hydration can help alleviate symptoms associated with mild dehydration, hangover, pre-menstrual syndrome, and fatigue. It can also be used preventatively for anti-aging, immune-boosting, and beauty-enhancing purposes!
After a full medical consultation and developing a collaborative treatment plan, our wellness nurse will bring you to our IV treatment room where you can relax in one of our luxurous massaging recliners.
A small needle will be used to introduce a flexible IV catheter into a vein in the arm or hand, which will then be used to infuse a bag of fluids containing the selected blend of electrolytes and vitamins.
Once treatment is finished, the fluids will be disconnected and the catheter is painlessly removed, with a piece of gauze being applied to minimize any possible bleeding or bruising.
When administered by our highly-skilled nurses (all with trauma, ER, or OR experience), outpatient IV fluid hydration is generally safe. However, like any medical procedure, it carries some risks, including infection, bruising, vein irritation, and electrolyte imbalances. Healthcare providers assess each patient’s suitability for treatment and monitor them closely during therapy to mitigate risks.
The duration of an IV hydration session varies depending on factors such as the individual’s hydration status, the volume of fluids needed, and their response to treatment. Most sessions last about an hour, but this can vary based on the specific treatment plan.
New Leaf Restorative Medicine does not accept insurance, but we offer flexible payment plans to cover the costs of your treatments.
Before outpatient IV fluid hydration, it’s generally recommended to hydrate adequately and avoid excessive alcohol consumption or strenuous exercise. After treatment, patients are advised to continue hydrating and follow any specific post-treatment instructions provided by their healthcare provider.
The frequency of outpatient IV fluid hydration sessions depends on individual hydration needs, medical condition, and treatment goals. Some individuals may benefit from periodic sessions for preventive health maintenance or symptom relief, while others may require treatment on an as-needed basis. Healthcare providers can help determine the appropriate frequency of treatment based on the individual’s circumstances.
